Payment for the 10-session package is required at least 24 hours before the first session. Accepted payment methods include direct bank transfer, GCash, or money transfer services such as WorldRemit or Wise.
Our schedule is typically quite full, and to accommodate all students, we often book sessions back-to-back. Because of this, late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we’re unable to extend appointments beyond their scheduled end time.
Your appointment is important to us, and we reserve that time especially for you. We understand that schedule changes may be necessary, so we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If a session is missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge the full session fee.
